Payment methods

You can pay for your order using:

1. Credit / Debit / Pre-Paid Card

You will get re-directed to a safe payment page of the National Bank of Greece, where you will be asked to insert your credit/debit card details. If your purchase is successful, you will automatically receive an electronic message to confirm your purchase.

Secure transactions

The payment process using your credit/debit/prepaid card is entirely handled by the Simplify service of National Bank of Greece, ensuring the security of your transaction.
ABETROM company does not collect or save in any way your credit card details, therefore you will have to repeat the whole procedure in order to complete a purchase from our site.

2. Bank transfer

You can pay for your order by bank transfer.

In this case, the order remains in a “pending” state after its registration, until our accounting department confirms the deposit of the amount in one of the following bank accounts.

Please use the number of your order (Order ID) as a payment reference. Once you make the deposit, in order to avoid any delay in its processing, please send us a copy of the transaction to the email: or inform us of the transaction number by phone at (+30) 27220 22262.

Additionally, in the comments of your order you must mention the bank to which you will make the deposit (NBG, Eurobank). Your order will be prepared for shipment when the transfer of the amount is completed.

The deposit of the advised amount can be made within 3 days to one of the following bank accounts. Beyond 3 days, your order may be canceled if there is no further information. The IBANs of the bank accounts to which you can make the deposit are the following:

Which areas are available for shipping?

At the moment, shipment is available only for Attica region.

How is shipping done and when am I going to receive my order?

The shipment is handled by the company in order for the packages to be distributed directly and safely, without shipping costs. Once the order is shipped, it should be delivered in approximately 1-3 business days. Along with the shipment, you will receive an informative e-mail with the details of your order.


ABETROM Company’s objective is to have their customers completely satisfied with their purchases. Nevertheless, customers have the right of withdrawal if, for any reason, they are not satisfied with their purchase. They can return the product(s) they ordered from within 14 calendar days, from the day they or a third party indicated by them, received it/them and request a refund or replacement of the product(s). Within the above deadline, they must inform our company of their decision to withdraw from their purchase by stating all the necessary information such as name, surname, address, email, telephone, order number and relevant comments if they wish. Customers can inform about their withdrawal via email at or by phone at (+30) 27220 22262.

In case of refund, if they have realized a bank transfer, they will have to fill in all the necessary details and all the necessary information as well, concerning their bank account, (Account number, IBAN and beneficiary name), to which the amount will be refunded. If the purchase has been made via credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank account that the credit card is connected.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal may not be accepted if the products have been damaged or altered by the recipient. AVETROM Company shall examine each case responsibly and after consultation with the customer, in order to satisfy him with its services.
