The famous Greek salad for about 4-6 servings
- 2-3 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cucumber
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Not less than 10 Kalamata olives
- Greek feta cheese
- Kalamata balsamic vinegar
- Fresh oregano and traditional baked bread
- Cut feta into cubes. Place in a large bowl with cucumber, tomato, olives and onion.
- Add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano and mix them together.
- Serve with bread.
